Your party should consist of a minimum of 6 individuals and each person must be treated with the same service at the time of the event. Groups of 6 or more individuals will receive 15% off of their group treatment at the time of the event.

HOST A BOTOX PARTY WITH US!

A minimum of 20 units of Botox or 60 units of Dysport is required for each individual attending your party. For groups of 8–11 individuals, the event host will receive 10% off their treatment. For groups of 12 or more, event host will receive a FREE Botox treatment of 20 units ($260 value).

Booking & Paperwork

CALL TO BOOK AN EVENT AT UPLIFT! 704-604-5654 ~ Once your event has been booked, each guest will receive an email with a link to fill out required paperwork prior for the scheduled appointment. We ask that all paperwork is filled out prior to arrival.

Day of Service

Guests may arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event. *Guests should not consume any alcohol prior to injecting. Alcohol may increase bleeding & bruising.

Payment

A $150 deposit is required to book your event. This deposit is refundable, should you cancel your event with a minimum of a 72 hour notice. Payment for treatments are collected once services are completed.
