Uplift requests that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to fill out any necessary documents and ensure an exceptional experience. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment. Please arrive with a clean, makeup free face if you are receiving a facial treatment. Please read any pre-treatment information sent by your provider prior to your appointment. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding your appointment!

Uplift has reserved your appointment time especially for you! We do request the courtesy of a 24-hour minimum change or cancellation notice for all appointments. Your card information is reserved on file to hold your appointment. You may be charged $50 for canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours, or $100 if you do not show for your appointment. There are no refunds on purchased products and services.

Although adverse events are rare, they do occur. In the event of an adverse reaction to a service, prompt treatment is necessary! The patient should discontinue the use of all professional products/treatments and contact Uplift Skin and Body. In the event of an emergency, the patient should call 911 or contact emergency services.
